Delivery Questions
We offer a 3-hour delivery guarantee within Bangkok. Once your order is placed, our in-house florists and pastry chefs begin preparing it immediately. We never outsource deliveries — every gift is handled by our own trained drivers for speed, safety, and presentation.
We deliver across Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, and Nakhon Pathom.
Within Bangkok, we cover Sukhumvit, Phrom Phong, Thonglor, Ekkamai, Asoke, Silom, Sathorn, Ari, Phaya Thai, Ratchada, Ladprao, Bang Na, On Nut, Rama 9, and Chatuchak.
Every order is delivered by our in-house drivers with temperature-controlled handling for flowers and cakes.
Our driver will call the recipient before arrival. If they’re unavailable, we can leave the gift with reception/security (with your permission) or reschedule for a new time at no extra cost. You’ll receive a photo confirmation once the delivery is complete.

Our flowers typically stay fresh for 5–7 days, depending on the variety and environment. Keep them in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and replace the water daily. For arrangements in floral foam, top up water every morning.
Unwrap the bouquet, trim the stems about 2 cm, and place them in clean, cool water. Add any flower food included. Avoid placing them near air conditioning or direct sun for best longevity.
