Your purchase is final and nonrefundable. No Product may be returned or refunded except for Damaged Products, AND for all our plant products, you can exchange your plant up to 7 days after purchase.

Prepaid and Gift Subscriptions are one-time transactions that cannot be canceled or refunded.

We do not accept any Product exchanges, only replacement products if the Product is damaged. We only accept plant exchanges for up to 7 days.

Damaged Products: If the Product arrives damaged (”Damaged Product”), the Company will provide a replacement product if the original (damaged) Product is returned by you and received by Company OR a photograph showing damage is received by the Company within 2 days of the original shipment date. Provided that the Company confirms that your Product was a Damaged Product and was returned in accordance with this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is that we will send a replacement Product. If the Company is unable to provide a replacement Product or if the Customer does not request a replacement, the Company may, at its sole discretion, elect to refund the credit card, debit card, Paypal account, or other payment method used for purchase in the original amount of the purchase. If a replacement Product is issued, we cannot guarantee that the replacement Product will contain precisely the contents or will have the same theme as the originally provided Product.


To exchange an item, please email customer service at [email protected] with pictures of your damaged products and proof of purchase. After a confirmation from our support to exchange the Product, return the Product using LalaMove to the following address:
